Taylor and Megan: Coronado Beach Elopement

Sometimes less is more. This cute military couple decided to do a small two guest Tuesday ceremony on the beach in Coronado. And I had the pleasure of working with Joann Lane from Ceremonies De Vie who performed the ceremony. It just so happened that I was finishing an all day corporate shoot at the Hotel Del Coronado about 50 yards away from this spot 15 minutes before the couple needed a photographer. How is that for coincidence? Thank you Joann for recommending me!

Tina and Edgar: Green Gables Estates

Many of you don't know this, but Green Gables in San Marcos used to be known as the Old Richland Schoolhouse.  For some old timers like me, we've worked there before.  But what the new owners have done to this place has really made it shine!  It's the sister site to the Twin Oaks Garden Estates not far away.

I was so excited to work here not only because of how pretty the site is, but because the couple getting married is special to me also.  The bride's family are current clients of mine and I actually took the bride's brother's senior portrait photographs a couple of years ago.  They are an amazing family that I just love!  So I was tickled pink when they asked me to be Tina and Edgar's wedding photographer.
