Ashley + Patrick: Rancho Bernardo Inn

One of my favorite venues to work at in San Diego is the amazing Rancho Bernardo Inn.  Why?  Because there are so many nooks and crannies of beautiful lighted areas to photograph.  Plus, the staff is some of the best in the industry.  The scenery??  Fo Get About It!  It's amazing...

But one of the main reasons is because I have met most of my favorite couples working here.  And Ashley and Patrick are no exception.  This fun couple allowed me to go outside the box with their engagement session a few months ago and I actually shot the first half at their condo with their cute doggy, Henry.  Day of wedding I was honored to meet all their friends and family who made this day one big party.  And hat's off to all the other vendors who pulled together to put on this special day for these two.  I'm looking forward to being back soon.  Will you be my next new fav couple?

Meghan and Wes: Yucaipa Horse Ranch

Amazing horse ranch wedding in Yucaipa, California. This is the residence of the bride & groom, and along with family and friends, they created a beautiful wedding venue. About 150 guests attended this wedding and were tickled pink to see this couple get married since they had known each other since childhood.

A few of the traditional touches to this wedding included the church kneeler which was built by Wes' grandparents and had been used by multiple family members, a Hancock family veil that had been worn by numerous brides in Wes' family and and a gorgeous wedding cake made by a family friend.

I, personally, was so touched to be here to capture all these memories. I've known Meghan for over 8 years now and have had the pleasure to photograph her numerous times. She is such a beautiful person, inside and out, and I am extremely happy that she married this amazing guy. Congrats Meghan and Wes!
